Most products can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Product care documents are available. Download here
Stainless steel needs maintenance if it is used externally, as it can tea-stain. Even when using the correct alloys (316 and 2205). Do not believe anyone who says Stainless is maintenance free. Download here

Yes. Aside from normal working hours, we can come to your place before or after work on weekdays or on Saturdays. Just ring us and we will work sometime out.
Due to Council noise restrictions, installation needs to be in normal working hours.

If your Balustrading was compliant at time of construction it is compliant now. However… all new work needs to be done to current standards. All councils allow maintenance but most will not allow the replacement of any structural member without bringing the whole up to current Codes.
Pool Fencing is a different case. The legislation is retrospective. All existing pools in Australia no matter the year of construction need to be the current Standards. As of April 2016 it is a legal requirement that your Pool Fencing is compliant prior to selling your house.
